Hi, I’m kati lynne.
My professional journey has been anything but linear.
When I was a child, my aspirations were as varied as they were ambitious. First, I remember wanting to be an artist, then a paleontologist, a veterinarian, and even a medical diagram artist. By the time I graduated high school, I was set on becoming an orthopedic surgeon, and with that goal in mind, I pursued a degree in Biology on a pre-med track.
However, life had other plans. The challenges I faced along the way, which I later discovered were aligned with my late-life diagnosis of ADHD, led me to change course. After college, I entered the pharmaceutical industry, where I spent 13 years continually adapting, reflecting, and searching for where my unique skills fit.
It wasn’t until I wrote my entrance essay for my MBA program, though, that I had a profound realization; my natural ability to create, translate complex ideas, and organize were key strengths — what I now call my ADHD superpowers — that I had been using all along without fully recognizing their value.
In a world where change is the only constant, I have carved out a unique path that allows me to blend my education, professional expertise, and creativity to help small businesses flourish. Whether it’s streamlining operations or crafting more meaningful experiences, I’m driven by a passion for helping others uncover their strengths and elevate their businesses to achieve lasting success.
